Shipping & Returns

TERMS OF PAYMENT
All orders are to be prepaid prior to shipping. Prepaid orders accepted by Visa, MasterCard or Money Order. For credit card orders, please provide us with credit card number, expiry date, and name of cardholder. For orders outside of Canada the AVS number will also be requested.

MAIL & TELEPHONE ORDERS
Are accepted by phone, fax, e-mail and regular mail. Shipping charges are extra. We reserve the right to correct any pricing and shipping errors.

RETURNS
You have 15 days from date of invoice to return any item. Claims will not be accepted after 15 days. Returns for any reason except our error will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging with a copy of the original invoice.

PRICE LISTS
We reserve the right to adjust prices when necessary. Prices will vary due to market conditions, order quantities, product availability, and currency fluctuation.

BACK ORDERS
We will contact you directly prior to shipping your order should there be any back orders. If you wish we will hold your order until it can be shipped complete or you may cancel any back orders.
